    Once a reservations is made, a 2 night deposit will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours. Please note, rooms must be canceled by March 13, 2026 to receive a refund!

  • Summit Registration and Room Reservation: Any cancelations less than 1 month (March 13, 2026) are non-refundable and your responsibility.

  • Coastal Resort Clothes:
    April temperatures at The Cloister Resort at Sea Island typically range from the mid-60s to mid-70s, with plenty of sunshine! Pack business resort attire during the day and bring a light jacket or sweater for cooler evenings by the water.

    Extra Room for Swag:
    You won’t be leaving empty handed, so definitely leave some room in your luggage for all the amazing Swag.

    Leisure Time Clothing:
    The Cloister offers a range of activities for your downtime. Don’t forget to pack swimwear, comfortable shoes for walking, and any other attire you may need to unwind or explore the resort and surrounding area.

  • At The Cloister Sea Island Resort, we invite you to embrace a resort casual style that combines both comfort and elegance. Formal wear such as sport coats and dress shoes are not necessary.

    For men, we recommend slacks, chinos, or even well-fitted jeans paired with a polo, button-down shirt, or lightweight sweater. Women can choose from a variety of chic options, including sundresses, jumpsuits, skirts and resort casual attire.

    Evenings in Sea Island can bring a slight breeze, so we suggest bringing along a light jacket, vest or wrap to keep you comfortable as the temperatures drop.

    Dinners: Coastal Resort Attire - We will be dinning ocean front and enjoying cocktail receptions and dinners on the lawn. (Ladies - Flat’s / Wedges are strongly encouraged)

  • We ask everyone to come when Programming starts and leave when Programming ends.

    Please arrive no later than Tuesday, April 14 at 10am and depart anytime on Thursday, April 16.

    Please note, the Garden City room rate is honored 3 days before and 3 days after the Shareholder Summit.

  • The Cloister Sea Island is easily accessible to 4 airports in the region. The following local airports are recommended:

    • McKinnon St. Simons Island Airport (Private Airstrip / SSI) - 10 minute drive to resort

    • Brunswick Golden Isles Airport (BQK) - 20 minute drive to resort

    • Jacksonville International (JAX) - 45 minute drive to resort

    • Savannah/Hilton Head International (SAV) - 1.5 hour drive to resort

  • Leisure time begins on Wednesday, April 15 at 12:30pm, with an optional lunch at Southern Tide (food only).

    From 12:30pm to 5:30pm, you have the opportunity to relax and enjoy quality time with your spouse.
